The location is great (just a short bike ride to the pier and Del Mar St). What I like even better is the design of the house itself. Every room has a unique feel…from the vaulted and beamed ceilings in the living room to the kitchen which shares a wall with the back of the fireplace, incorporating the brick.
There is one downer…the garage was converted into the master suite. It makes for a great room and there is still a long driveway, but it looks a little awkward to see a driveway that terminates with a pair of windows. But don’t let it get you down too much, because the yard is also fantastic in this house. It’s super nice now, but could be Sunset-worthy with a little work.
