Good design doesn’t look like design at all — it just “is.” And I think this one is missing bespoke details that look like they came about as a result of someone living there. Make no mistake, it’s a wonderful renovation — but it just needs that something extra to make it to the next level.

With inventory levels this low in North Tustin — a modern *anything* is pretty rare.
