And now something from the other end of Orange County. I’m a beach guy…always have been and probably always will be. I was born in San Clemente and it’s been amazing to watch how Dana Point and Capistrano Beach have really “grown up” in the last 20 years. And with that comes turn-key homes like this. The lot is small and the conspicuous lack of outdoor pictures means there’s a good chance your outdoor space is pretty limited to the deck (I hope not, though). But I like to think about this home as a whole. It’s a great size that works for a lot of people (most Dana Point homes are less than 2,000 square feet).
