Quick Take: Nice Cliff May

A nice Long Beach Cliff May home has come up. With 6,200 square feet, the lot is bigger than most in the Ranchos tract. I’m leading with this because it’s the perennial complaint of most of our buyers in this neighborhood. This one also addresses the second complaint — size. The listing says an estimated 1584 square feet — it looks like this was originally a 4 bedroom model converted to a 3 bedroom. But that would still mean there’s an extra 200 square feet or so. I see some added space on the front of the house by the front door, and it appears there’s another 10×10 room built somewhere too.
