I have always loved the Frematic Homes in Anaheim. These homes were designed by an awesome young architect who had worked under Chris Choate and A. Quincy Jones. But the trick has always been in finding the right one in the right location. This one is mostly original and remodeled. I’m a little disappointed in some of the “remuddlings” — the loss of the floor-to-ceiling windows and the cool frosted glass wall in the master bedroom are heart-breaking. But I think these renovators had the right idea and they kept the awesome, super-wide, original front door. If you’re looking for an amazing home beginning with a “5,” this HAS to be on your list.
