It’s located in Orange, but it’s really close to the border of North Tustin — not a bad location at all. We don’t know for sure, but I believe the builder is the same as a group of super-cool homes in Morrison Park (we sold this one last year) — some of the design details are too similar. It’s an amazing U-shape design with most of its original fixtures and fittings. A GREAT foundation for an amazing home. Sensitive renovation is the name of the game here. And therein lies the problem. This is a big house — bigger than most in the immediate area and it comes down to economics.
