I love when these Palmer and Krisel homes come up. Like the appetizer sampler, they offer a taste of a bunch of things at a reasonable price. These homes are just plain great designs. This one has had some useful infrastructure upgrades. While I’m not a fan of vinyl windows, the sellers had the sense to keep them full-height. As such it retains the light and airy feel. This home has a great floor plan, full-height glass, clerestory windows, open beamed ceilings, and the oh-so-cool trademark P&K soffit shelf in the living room. The right finishes and furniture and this one is ready to impress.
