We’re not shy with our opinion…the front of this house sucks. It’s ersatz New England Coach House. Maybe that’s a little harsh it’s very…”nice.” And it’s a total bummer, because everything else about this home is awesome. The front says “overpriced, tarted-up, non-functionally-designed beach cottage.” BUT IT’S NOT TRUE!!! Instead you get a very well-priced, 1.5 blocks-from-North Beach, super open and functional home. Seriously, look past the first few pictures. And to be under $1M for something that isn’t a project? Yay! What would we change to make this an all-star from the curb? For starters we’d find a style and stick with it. Secondly the the front picture window should be doors and there should be a front courtyard of some sorts — this isn’t a big lot and that’s excellent evening-wine-on-the-terrace real estate going to waste.
