Nice views of the Port of Los Angeles out the living room window, a clean, minimalist design aesthetic, and very usable backyard with only moderate slope. You’re also just minutes away from Downtown Long Beach. I think San Pedro is one of the last places to obtain ocean-view homes at reasonable prices. This home isn’t perfect, but it certainly gives you some perspective. There are some tweaks we would do (ask us!) to take this home from a solid 8 to a 9 or a 10.
