Lofts in OC

Community-header-lofts

It’s not surprise that Santa Ana would be a prime target for loft development. It’s located near job centers, has a solid base of artists, and has the sort joie de vie that attracts those looking for a lifestyle free from walls. There are four major loft developments: the Santiago Street Lofts, the Artists Village, City Venture, and City Place. Santiago Street is located right next to the Santa Ana train station and a short walk from downtown and French Park. They’re a great option for people who want to be downtown-close, but just outside of downtown (you know who you are!) Artists Village and City Venture are both located in downtown proper. If the Santiago Street Lofts are walking distance to downtown, Artists Village and City Ventures are stumbling distance. Finally, there is City Place located across from the Main Place Mall in the middle of the Main Street corridor.
