They said it couldn’t be done! They told you that you were crazy! But you persisted. You waited. And now you will be rewarded. You want your cake and you want to eat it, too. I’ll never forgot the first home I bought — I must have looked at 100 crappy houses. My budget was tight, but I had a little faith. And then I saw it — a ray of golden sunshine in a dull, black-and-white world — I know it was “The One.” Allow me to proudly present: your ray of sunshine, the house you will not be able to say no to, “The One.” It has all the things on your list. It’s spacious with 4 bedrooms, over 1800 square feet, and the oh-so-crucial second bathroom. It’s a short bike ride away from cool stuff like the Packing District and Center Street Promenade. The yard is lush with mature plants — the kind that make you feel like it’s your own private sanctuary. It’s on a great street, too. And most of all, most importantly, this house is friggin’ awesome inside! Just look at the pictures — but not too long…drool can be really hard to clean off your keyboard. No matter what your budget, life is too short to buy an “okay” house. You deserve more.
