If I Won the Lottery

Let me just clarify, this is more modest lottery winnings. Maybe $10M, not the huge MegaMillions Jackpot (I have another house for that). With that said, homes like this remind me of how many tiny little decisions and details there are that take a property from being “nice” to being “awesome.” This is workmanship and design on a whole other level. This home doesn’t have the best view, or the biggest lot. But it’s turn-key on a different level. Many…no most…of the time on renovations like this we see a pretty similar formula. And I use that word particularly — it’s a formula. You upgrade the baths, kitchen, and flooring with materials commensurate with the price range, call it fully-remodeled, and put a sign in the ground. Which is totally fine. But I feel like I could do that to a fixer and save some money. Here, we have something else.
