It needs some refreshing, for sure, but the bones are here for the kind of property that a family could enjoy for generations. 

My favorite room is by far the living room. The bold ceiling makes a statement, the panoramic view holds your attention for hours on end. The question is always if a home can be made amazing (this one can, no doubt), but it is it worth it. This one is worth it. I want this one to go to a good home.
