December 27th – January 3rd
Kaleidoscope Presents: Silent Disco v2 on December 27th, 2014
This event is just as it sounds – a bunch of dancing people in a silent club! Participants wear headphones with 3 different channels of music at this unique event. There will be 15 DJs throughout the night as well as live art, face painting, glow in the dark laser tag, arcade games and mini bowling. A beer and wine bar will be available for those 21 and over. All ages are allowed. Tickets are available for presale only so purchase yours as soon as possible. Check the site for current pricing. The Silent Disco will take place at Fuzion in Huntington Beach.
First Night in Fullerton on December 31st, 2014
Downtown Fullerton will host an alcohol-free New Year’s Eve celebration for the whole family to enjoy, for free. There will be live entertainment, various food options and a fireworks show at midnight. In addition, there will be activities for children including face painting, bounce houses, a trackless train and balloon art. The event takes place between Harbor Blvd. and Pomona Ave. in Downtown Fullerton, starting at 7pm and ending at midnight.
New Years Eve Aboard a Hornblower Yacht on December 31st, 2014
Adults looking for a fun New Years Eve option can spend the evening aboard a Hornblower Yacht in Newport Beach. There are three different cruises available: dinner and a DJ, dinner and a live band, and a dessert cruise. Prices and durations vary per option, but start at $120 per person. Regardless, the same sophisticated New Years experience can be expected with gourmet foods and beverages.
