Not only is this one of the best neighborhoods in San Pedro (pretty regularly one of our favorite hidden coastal spots), it’s located right above Averill Park. The photos don’t quite show this, but the effect of the design of the house is that it feels like the park is a personal backyard when you look out the window. Yeah, we’re not exaggerating — this isn’t just a “park like” backyard — the backyard actually is a park! There’s also a small ocean view, too.
