GEORGIA’S IS QUICKLY BECOMING ONE OF MY FAVORITE RESTAURANTS. It’s locating in the Anaheim Packing House on the second level. It’s not a terribly expensive restaurant (which makes it affordable “I just feel like going out” evenings) and it’s just a short bike-ride away from this great house. In the last 10 years we’ve really seen historic downtown Anaheim come into its own. Once the cheaper, second-fiddle to those looking in Old Towne Orange, I know think of it as the medium city urban big brother to small-town, Old Towne. It’s a been closer to LA and you still get more for your money. Case-in-point, this home would be over $1M in Old Towne. What I like about this home is that its feels historic but it doesn’t feel like a museum of how people lived in 1925. Renovating (and decorating) these homes can be a challenge, so when I see it executed so well, I’m impressed. The 1920 square feet and (more importantly) the 3 bathrooms make this one more than a fun novelty — this is fully functional house for those need more than the standard historic home configuration of 2 beds and 1 bath. Great street. Great house….and you can eat at Georgia’s a few times a week!
Call us, email us, get in contact to see this one. It won’t last.
