Huntington Beach Dog Beach Fundraiser

Saturday, March 25th 12pm – 9pm in Huntington Beach

Visit Rita’s Italian Ice with your pup for the “Scoops of Support FUNdraiser” benefiting Huntington Beach Dog Beach. Just be sure to mention HBDB and 20% of the sale will be donated to the Dog Beach. University Veterinary Center Rescue Day

Rescue Day Adoption Event

Sunday, April 2nd 11am – 2pm in Anaheim

The University Veterinary Center in Anaheim will be hosting an adoption event with multiple Southern California rescues. The event will feature giveaways, community support, doggy treats from Alice’s Gourmet Wonderland food truck, and more! More info here.

Corgi Beach Day

Saturday, April 8th All day (dawn – dusk) in Huntington Beach

Whether or not you have a corgi, SoCal Corgi Beach Day is a fun event for all humans and pups. The chance for you and your dog to see up to 800 corgis on a beach is worth the hassle of finding parking at the beach. The So Cal Corgi Nation group will host a variety of fun activities including doggie limbo contests, photo ops, vendors, giveaways, costume and talent contests and much more. Find out more here.

Every Monday from 4pm – 9pm in Huntington Beach

You can often bring your dog with you to restaurants with patios in Southern California. Even if we take that for granted as SoCal dog owners we are always delighted to find a restaurant with a dog menu. Fred’s takes it a step further with their weekly pup gathering (raise your hand if you didn’t think there were regular dog events in Orange County)! As far as dog events in Orange County go, this one might be the ritziest! Hang out with your pup and other sociable dogs along the beautiful Dana Point coast. Cocktails, wine, beer and a selection of barbecue items will be available for purchase. Flavored waters will be available for canine attendees. Super Pet Adoption

Super Pet Adoption

Sunday, June 4th 10am – 4pm in Irvine

The 11th annual Super Pet Adoption, hosted by the City of Irvine Animal Care Center, is an event not to miss, even if you’re not looking to expand your family. The event will include over 40 pet rescue groups with about 600 animals in need of adoption. Expect gourmet food trucks, bake sales, pet product vendors, a silent auction, opportunity drawings and low-cost microchipping. It’s a fun day for everyone!
